How long does shipping take?

For florals and greenery, delivery takes 16-30 days on average as our products ship from overseas (except for the Express collection). Custom orders require about 5 days processing time on top of this. Your packages may come in multiple shipments to ensure you can start your project as soon as possible. We don't offer a guarantee on shipping times, but we don't think it's cool to make you wait. Please reach out if your deadline is 30 days or less before or immediately after ordering.


What is your refund policy?

We take pride in our 4000+ happy customers. We provide full refunds within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason on orders under $500 as well as for damaged or defective goods, so please contact us immediately if planning to make a return. Before you contact us, would you kindly read our quick blog post about unpacking your Florals for Less? Florals for Less is not responsible for return shipping charges. Our headquarters and all returns must be sent, at the buyer's cost to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

If you're unhappy with your order, please start by emailing a photo to to explain the issue.

Will I be charged duties?

Probably not, no one has ever told us they have, but it's a possibility depending on your location. Budget about 5% for duties and taxes upon arrival to your home country.

Why am I being charged in Canadian dollars?

Our online store is based out of Canada, and Shopify insists you charge in the local currency of the store owner - however, that just means that prices may appear in CAD at checkout, but will be charged in your local currency to your creditcard or PayPal account.  

How do I add a discount code?

It's hard to see, at the top where you enter your phone number or email address! Click "Show Order Summary" at the top of the page. If for some reason you just can't get it, feel free to go ahead with your order and email us within 20 minutes of your order, and ask us to add it manually. If you don't qualify, we'll let you know before and you can opt for a refund.
